Operation manual:

1、Before the first operation, please check if the pressure and voltage matches.

2、Turn on the filter to adjust the pressure, pull is to open, clockwise is increased, reverse is reduced), get the heating plate to the highest point.

3、Assembly the embossing die, please ensure the embossing die is in the centre of the heating plate (reminder: turn off the power when assembly the embossing die)

4、To check if the die and the plate is parallel, if not parallel, adjust the 8 screws on the control panel.

5、Use cylinder stroke to adjust the depth of the embossing (handle, no 1)

6、Press the both two operation switch to start working, the press time can be adjusted according to the material.)

Maintenance and repair

1. Lubricating oil is added to the moving parts of cylinder guide column and drawing plate once per shift to reduce wear and prolong service life.

2. Check the level of the heating plate and the drop-down board (the balance of the 12 screws of the heating plate can be adjusted).

3. One year warranty, except the wearing parts and man-made damage.
